● Level 1 training:
Training content: The content of this stage of training is general training, including corporate culture, background, development prospects, daily company regulations, reward and punishment systems, product related knowledge, as well as the overall introduction and visit of the group.
Target audience: New employees of the company;
Training time: lasting for one week;

● Level 2 training:
Training content: Provide training on professional skills related to production in the department or workshop, including pre job, in job, and post job training.
Target object:
(1) Process and technical training for personnel in this department's system;
(2) Training tasks assigned by the company.

Training time: determined according to the needs of each department.

● Level 3 training:
Training content: Employee knowledge, skills, and literacy.
Training purpose: The improvement of employees' comprehensive quality is the foundation of enterprise development. Training is not only a personal improvement need for employees, but also a requirement for the development of Meilun Group. For employees of the company, performance evaluation of their own work will be conducted. If they meet the standards, the company will provide corresponding job training programs to well-known universities at home and abroad. During the training period, our company will bear all expenses related to the training. Functional department: assessed by middle-level managers, applied for and approved through the approval process.
