Position information
Performance management includes a large number of management ideas and management skills, such as Management style, authorization communication, plan supervision, employee motivation, employee training, employee self-management and self realization, and so on. It can be said that performance management is the synthesis of all management concepts and methods, and enterprise management is the management of performance by the enterprise.
The performance management system developed by Meilun Group has the following five components:

4. Performance evaluation;
5. Diagnosis and improvement of performance management system.
